Pet Borough currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Multiple Packages

Some Pet Borough products are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. If you order multiple items, your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@petborough.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays or Delivery Issues
