Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pet Borough is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, address issues, customs processing, fulfillment disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
